Hello, Bonjour, Salam !
My name is Ms. Bouriche and I am a French teacher here at ASFL. I teach grades 5 through 8. I am originally from Algeria and moved to the United States when I was 19 years old. I graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2019 with a degree in Foreign Languages and International Studies. My favorite things to do are traveling, learning a new language, and spending time with my family and friends. I speak French, English, Arabic, and a native North African dialect. I am currently working on learning Spanish and Turkish, I love languages! I have been with ASFL since October of 2019. My courses highly emphasize on language acquisition through speaking, reading, listening, and developing cross cultural awareness and open mindedness. I enjoy introducing my students to new cultures and different parts of the world and watch them discover, learn, and thrive to reach their goals! |
